We would like to invite local makers to view our unique craft pod now available. This pod is perfect for any smaller crafts or someone just starting out in making!

The pod is light and airy measuring 3.5 x 2.4 meters in size with a 4 meter tall pitched roof. The studio has space to store materials in the rafters, two double plug sockets, a large window and double door. There is access to our shared workshop with a growing range of woodworking machinery all available on a booking system. We have a shared kitchenette / dining room, free wifi, and as much tea and coffee as you can possibly consume! We are a stone's throw away from the well connected Cornbrook station, a 10 minute stroll along the canal paths to Castlefield and just 20 minutes to the city center. Why work alone all day when you can follow our motto to “Design, Create and Collaborate” in an interesting space with a city center location! Parking also available. Opening times Monday to Friday 9 - 8 pm Saturday 10 - 7 pm Sunday closed Price includes: - Rent - VAT - Business Rates - All utilities - Workbench - Access to our woodwork machine room (with table saw, bandsaw, mitresaw, planer thicknesser, router table) - Free tea and coffee - Access to shared dining room and kitchen - Part of a growing community of makers. £275 per month on a rolling monthly contract.
